The community is nice clean safe. Maintance is quick to respond. The girls in the office are awesome. Manager Tom is great always willing to help out n very respectful of renters needs n concerns. Thank you all for a nice place to live.

This is my very first apartment and Killian Lakes made it the best first experience ever. The staff are very kind (Adrienne has been a HUGE help) and will make sure you get the best of the best . The community is great , it’s very peaceful and has a beautiful lake view. It’s also in a very convenient area! If you have any problems they definitely will be on it and will get it taken care of.
